TERMS & CONDITIONS – For the WIN A FREE SCHOOL FEES Promotion.

  1. Employees or relatives of Appliance world ltd, their dealers are not eligible to take part in this promo.
  2. The promo will only apply to those customers who will have bought an LG PRODUCTS.
  3. The prize is non-exchangeable.
  4. Appliance World Ltd reserves a right to disregard any person(s) from participating in this promotion should it find any reasons to do so.
  5. After buying an item you will be required to keep a copy of the Lucky Draw Coupon containing details of the items bought and your personal details.
  6. Customers should not under any circumstances hold Appliance World Limited, its agents and affiliates liable for any loss whatsoever be it monetary or otherwise.
  7. Appliance World Ltd will transfer the School Fees directly to School Bank Account of the winner, once he or she has provided all the relevant documents from School.
  8. School Fees is applicable to student of Senior 6 and below.
  9. Maximum amount of sponsorship is USH 3,000,000/- for one kid for a year or actual School fees whichever is less.
  10. One Child per winner will be eligible for the Offer/ Promotion.
  11. The “WIN A FREE SCHOOL FEES” applies to only genuine LG products which have been imported into Uganda by Appliance World Ltd.
  12. By buying an LG item during this period, you agree to hold the company harmless or hold no further claims from the company.
  13. Appliance World Ltd will ensure that the promotion is fair however, the company reserves a right to select a winner in a way it sees fit. It could be an internal draw or public draw.
  14. The company reserves the right to remove or addeligibility of some of the dealers who are participating in this promotion. Find the dealers here.
  15. You must fill the lucky draw coupon for you to be eligible for this promotion.
  16. The company reserves a right to reject any Lucky Draw Coupon for the reasons it deems necessary.
  17. If you buy an item from Appliance World Ltd or its authorized dealers, you agree not to question the way the company chooses the winner.
  18. Draws will take place on 6th Dec’14/ 13th Dec’14/ 20th Dec’14/ 27th Dec’14/ 03rd Jan’15 respectively. At the time of selecting the winner which will be between 3:00pm and 7:00pm on mentioned dates, Appliance World Ltd will call the Mobile Number on the Lucky Draw Coupons. If the winner does not pick the call or is not reachable for any reasons whatsoever, a further two attempts to call will be made. There after another coupon will be selected. The process will continue until the winner is selected.
  19. Appliance World Limited reserves the right to reject the chosen winner and select another winner for the reason which it may so deem fit.
  20. Customers copy of the Coupon (in original) needs to be presented by the winner.
  21. Appliance world Limited will inspect the physical item to ensure that it matches with the information given on the winning coupon.
  22. In case you are not chosen a winner, you agree to hold Appliance World Limited and its agents harmless.
  23. The winner has to present details of the child (Name of the Child, Class, School Name, School Fees (duly signed by School) and School bank details).
  24. Offer is valid on Refrigerators, Washing Machines, Air Conditioners and Microwaves if being purchased from Appliance World’s Authorized Dealers.
  25. Offer is valid on all the LG products if being purchased from showrooms of Appliance World Ltd (Wankonko Showroom/ Acacia Mall Kisementi/ Metroplex Mall Nalya)
